PRE-ORDER POLICY

  • If orders are not picked up within 2 hour of scheduled time, Tora reserves the right to discard orders.
  • Sorry, no refunds or credits for no shows or same day cancellations.
  • Drinks and food are perishable and cannot be kept overnight for delayed pick-up.

Tora does not offer refunds based upon customer error or palette preferences.

Please note: We have a first-come first-served policy. We CANNOT set aside drinks or food if you are not in-store or purchase through our “Order Online” option.
